# Enhance Attribute Management with the Unified CI Attributes Manager

Improve configuration accuracy and streamline CI modeling with the Unified CI Attributes Manager. Manage attributes and attribute sets from a single workspace that reduces configuration effort and eliminates navigation friction. Define, group, and assign attributes more efficiently during CMDB setup. This unified experience helps admins maintain consistency, reduce redundancy, and accelerate CI data standardization across the environment.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Unlimited, Enterprise, and Performance Editions with Agentforce IT Service where Salesforce CMDB and Service Graph is enabled.

**Who:** To create CI attributes and attribute sets, users must have the IT Service Configuration Item Type Manager permission

**Why:** A unified workspace to reduce setup time and eliminate confusion between attributes and attribute sets. Admins can configure CI models more consistently and maintain attribute definitions more easily

**How:** From the App Launcher, open the Salesforce CMDB & Service Graph app. In the navigation pane, go to **CI Attributes Manager**.
