Enable confirmation modals to provide Service reps with more information about what happens when they select Leave Chat or End Chat in various scenarios.
Where: This applies to Enhanced Chat and Enhanced Messaging. View required editions.
Why: We added confirmation modals to let Service Reps know what happens when they click End Chat in the following scenarios:
- Non-conference mode, agent clicks End Chat.
- Conference mode, owner clicks End Chat for all.
- Conference mode, participant (non-owner) clicks Leave Chat.
How: In the Lightning App Builder, open the Messaging Session page layout and click the Enhanced Conversation component. Select Show chat exit confirmation.
