Work Summaries for Case (Beta) Is Being Retired

Work Summaries for Case (beta) is scheduled for retirement on June 30, 2026, and is in maintenance mode until then. You can continue to use Work Summaries for Case (beta) until that date, but we recommend transitioning to Enhanced Summaries. Enhanced Summaries offers role-specific summaries and more summarization features, which will help your service reps work more efficiently.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Einstein for Service add-on or Einstein 1 Edition.

Note Work Summaries for Case is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

How: As of June 30, 2026, Work Summaries for Case (beta) will be removed and you can’t access or use Case Summaries. To avoid service interruptions, switch to Enhanced Summaries before that date.
