Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited editions with the Einstein for Platform, or Einstein or Agentforce for Sales or Service add-on, or Agentforce Foundations, and with Data Cloud enabled and the Customer Exprc Intel add-on.
Who: To customize prompts, users need the ​Prompt Template Manager permission set.
How: From Prompt Builder, search for and open the prompt. Edit the prompt instructions and save your work as a new version.
