# Customize Out-of-the-Box AI Insights Prompts

Work with more accurate insights based on updated out-of-the-box insights prompts that are now more effective. Modify the out-of-the-box insights prompts to accommodate unique use cases based on your specific business needs. Easily adjust insights prompts and also quickly revert to default templates, leading to more relevant and actionable intelligence

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited editions with the Einstein for Platform, or Einstein or Agentforce for Sales or Service add-on, or Agentforce Foundations, and with Data Cloud enabled and the Customer Exprc Intel add-on.

**Who:** To customize prompts, users need the ​Prompt Template Manager permission set.

**How:** From Prompt Builder, search for and open the prompt. Edit the prompt instructions and save your work as a new version.
