Improve financial accuracy by recovering credit memos that are in error or pending states. You can also void posted credit memos and automatically create debit memos for them.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Billing license.
Who: To recover and void credit memos, you need the Billing Admin, the Billing Operations User, or the Credit Memo Operations User permission set.
How: To recover credit memos, from the App Launcher, find and select Credit Memos. Open a credit memo in the pending or error state. Then click Recover Credit Memo. For credit memos with tax, the action creates a debit memo and voids the credit memo. For credit memos with no tax, the action simply cancels the credit memo.
To void a posted credit memo, open the credit memo record and click Void Credit Memo.
