You can now initiate private offer discussions directly from a partner's AgentExchange listing. This feature simplifies how you negotiate custom terms and pricing, so you can start the conversation without ever leaving the marketplace.
Where: This change applies to the AgentExchange website.
When: This update is effective as of April 2026.
Why: Previously, finding a path to request custom pricing or private offers was a manual process. Now, if a partner uses this feature, you can see a Request Private Offer button on their listing page. Skip the back-and-forth and request custom terms immediately, shortening the procurement process. When you select Request Private Offer, the system sends your contact details and request specifics directly to the partner’s sales team.
How: To receive private offers, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Offers Marketplace, and select it. Select Opt-in to Partner Offers and Agree to Terms and Conditions to turn on Private Offers. Agree to the terms to allow third-party negotiations within Salesforce.
To request a private offer, visit the product page on AgentExchange. Click Request Private Offer, and enter your details. Select Request Offer. The partner receives your lead and contacts you to discuss the request.
