# Request Custom Pricing Directly from AgentExchange Listings

You can now initiate private offer discussions directly from a partner's AgentExchange listing. This feature simplifies how you negotiate custom terms and pricing, so you can start the conversation without ever leaving the marketplace.

**Where:** This change applies to the AgentExchange website.

**When:** This update is effective as of April 2026.

**Why:** Previously, finding a path to request custom pricing or private offers was a manual process. Now, if a partner uses this feature, you can see a **Request Private Offer** button on their listing page. Skip the back-and-forth and request custom terms immediately, shortening the procurement process. When you select **Request Private Offer**, the system sends your contact details and request specifics directly to the partner’s sales team.

**How:** To receive private offers, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Offers Marketplace, and select it. Select **Opt-in to Partner Offers and Agree to Terms and Conditions to turn on Private Offers**. Agree to the terms to allow third-party negotiations within Salesforce.

To request a private offer, visit the product page on AgentExchange. Click **Request Private Offer**, and enter your details. Select **Request Offer**. The partner receives your lead and contacts you to discuss the request.
