Take advantage of the internet’s cost-effective and flexible virtual connection. Route calls to an Agentforce Service agent using Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). This protocol transmits calls over the internet. Previously, you could route these calls with a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) phone number only.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 Editions.
When: This feature is available starting from February 26, 2026.
How: To set up Agentforce Voice with SIP, in the Agentforce Voice setup page, click the SIP tab. This tab walks you through the setup steps.
