View Your Org’s User Licenses in Setup

From the Company Info page in Setup, view the licenses that your company has purchased. Understand which licenses are assigned to users and how many are remaining. This page provides a simple, point-in-time list of licenses and entitlements.

Tip
Tip Instead of completing this task manually, get help from Setup with Agentforce. For example, ask the Setup agent, “How many of my user licenses am I using?” For more information, see Org Health and Usage in Setup with Agentforce.
  1. From Setup, find and select Company Information.
  2. See the User Licenses related list.
    Note
    Note When you add licenses, remove licenses, activate users, or deactivate users, it can take up to 24 hours to refresh the license information on the Company Information page. If after 24 hours, the license information still appears to be incorrect, contact Salesforce Customer Support.
