Trialforce Branded Email Sets

Trialforce Email Branding allows you to modify system-generated emails so that they appear to come from your company rather than from Salesforce. Trialforce Email Branding only applies to users who sign up for your application through Trialforce.

Each Trialforce source organization comes with a standard set of email notifications that are sent to customers. For example, customers get an email notification when they first sign up, or when they reset their password. You don't have to rewrite all of these system-generated emails yourself. Just provide the values for the fields and the system takes care of the rest.

Edit Trialforce Branded Email Set

Each Trialforce source organization comes with a standard set of email notifications that are sent to customers.

  1. Log in to your Trialforce Management Organization (TMO).
  2. Verify your email-sending domain by either creating a DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) key or setting up an authorized email domain. See Determine How to Verify Your Email-Sending Domains for instructions.
    Note
Note This requirement was introduced in July 2026. If you created a branded email set before July 2026, you must retroactively verify your email-sending domain.
  3. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Branding, select Branding, and then click Email Sets.
  4. Click New Email Set or Edit next to an existing email set.
  5. Fill in the fields with your company info.
  6. In the Preview Emails area, click through the different types of generated emails and make sure they read correctly.
  7. Click Save.
  8. If you're ready to make these emails available to your Trialforce source organizations, click Publish. Otherwise your changes are saved and you can publish later.
    Important
Important When you publish a branded email set, you can no longer delete it. You can only delete an email set if it has never been published.

To check whether a published email set has a verified email-sending domain, review the Verified Email Domain field in Setup for Branded Email Sets. For any email sets that don’t have the Verified Email Domain field checked, verify the associated email-sending domain. This field is available starting Winter ’27.
