Content blocks contain the text of your website pages, and can also house images and
hyperlinks. As a contributor, you can edit the text in editable content blocks using an
inline editor. Because you're editing the text inline, you always know exactly how the
finished page
looks
when it's live.

Editable content blocks display a gray border when you hover over the text. You can
edit the text in these areas only.
When the page is open:
-
Double-click the text area you want to edit.
The inline editor appears.
-
Add or edit text, and format it using the inline editor.
Avoid applying formatting, such as different fonts or highlighting, directly
to text whenever possible. Instead, it's best practice to use the paragraph and
heading styles to quickly apply consistent formatting throughout the site. Using
paragraph and heading styles also ensures that all page text is updated
automatically if a site administrator or designer modifies these styles.
-
Add images or hyperlinks as required.
Your changes are saved automatically when you click anywhere outside the text
area.
