Confirm That Your Org Is Hosted on Hyperforce

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and select Company Information.
  2. In the Organization Detail section, if the Instance field has a three-letter prefix followed by a number, such as abc123, your org is on Hyperforce.

Confirm that the Salesforce Edge Network and Einstein Are Turned On

Quick Pages uses Salesforce Multi-Framework to render a page. In most orgs, that means that the Salesforce App Domain is automatically enabled. Check to confirm that the domain and Salesforce Edge Network are both enabled, and then to confirm that Einstein is turned on.

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and select Salesforce Multi-Framework Apps.
  2. If you see the Enable Domain button, click it and confirm your change. If you don’t see this button, the domain is already enabled, and you can move to the next step.
  3. In the Quick Find box, search for and select My Domain.
  4. In the Routing and Policies section, if Salesforce Edge Network isn’t enabled, click Edit, select Use Salesforce Edge Network, and save your change.
  5. Make sure that Einstein Generative AI is turned on. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and select Einstein Setup and then turn on Einstein. For more information, see Set Up Einstein Generative AI.
