Master Administrators can disable or delete user accounts, export a CSV file of all user accounts, or swap the Master Admin user.
To view the list of admin accounts, manage permissions, or disable or delete a user account:
- Log in to the Own Data Platform.
- In Account Options, select Account Settings.
- Swap Master Administrator Accounts in Own Government Cloud
Sometimes it's necessary for the Master Administrator to transfer the Master Admin role to another administrator.
