Access to Own from Salesforce Products

Backup & Recover

If you're a new customer, contact Salesforce using the form at https://www.salesforce.com/company/contact-us/. For the Product Interest, select Salesforce Platform. Someone from Salesforce will contact you to set up your account.

After your account is set up, you'll receive a welcome email from Own that prompts you to set your password. If you don't see an email, look in your spam folder. If you find it there, add @owndata.com to your email allowlist.

If you have a Data Platform account, go to the Login.

To install or upgrade to the version of Archive listed here, append the provided package link suffix to your Salesforce Org URL.
