You can add the QR code component to the service territory record page and to the waitlist record page.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter User Interface, and then select Lightning App Builder.
- Under Action, click Edit next to the Service Territory Page or Waitlist Record page.
- In Lighting App Builder, under the Components section, drag the QR Code component onto the record page.
- In the attributes panel on the right, for Target URL Field, select Link for a waitlist and Self Check In URL for a service territory.
