Configure Rate Cards

Salesforce Scheduler determines the price of a service appointment using its related work types and service territories. To set prices for service appointments, select combinations of work types and service territories and then set their base price.

To configure rate cards: Customize Application
  1. From the App Launcher, find and open the Salesforce Scheduler Setup app.
  2. Under the Payments section, click Configure Payment.
  3. Select the topics and territories for which you want to configure rates.
    1. Select the work types.
    2. Select the service territories.
    3. Click Next.
  4. Set the rates.
    1. Enter the base price.
      Salesforce Scheduler supports only US dollars as the currency.
    2. Click Next.
  5. Review and confirm the payment information. If it looks good, click Next and then Finish.
