Enable users to translate the data for Work Type Group, Service Territory, and Service
Resource objects.
Required Editions

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Company Information, and
then select Company Information.

In the Organization Detail section, click Edit.

Under Translation Settings, select Enable Data Translation.

Save your changes.
