Make AssetsAvailable for Scheduling
Add your assets as service resources to make them available for scheduling.

Salesforce Scheduler is available for an extra cost in Lightning Experience. Asset Scheduling is available for an extra cost in Lightning Experience. |

- On the Service Resources tab, click New.
- In the Resource Type picklist, select Asset.
- In the Asset lookup field, select an asset.
- Select Active.
- Save your changes.

Set up skill assignments and service territory memberships for the asset.
Note Before you can delete an asset, deactivate the service resource associated with it.
