AddFlow Quick Action to Service Resource Record Pages

To launch the generate appointment invitation flow from the Service Resource record page, add the flow quick action to the Service Resource record page.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience.
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions

Before you add the quick action, create a quick action to launch the Generate Appointment Invitation flow.

  1. From the object management settings for Service Resource, go to Page Layouts.
  2. Select the page layout to which you want to add the quick action.
  3. In the palette, select Mobile & Lightning Actions.
  4. If you see a link to override the predefined actions in the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section of the layout editor, click the link.
  5. Drag the quick action to the top of the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section.
  6. Save your changes.
