Trigger a Test Suite Group Execution by initiating a review or a promotion.
- To initiate a review, create a review in DX Inspector.
- To initiate a promotion, mark a work item as Ready to Promote and
click Promote from any non-development stage to the next stage.

Navigate to the Test Suite Group Executions tab to see the live
status of the run.

Review the group execution status.
The group execution displays a status of In Progress,
Passed, or Failed.

Click a specific execution record — for example, TSGE-000000019 — to view details.

Navigate to the individual test suite executions from the Related
tab.
