Assign permission sets to everyone working on your project. When planning assignments, determine who must change project-level settings (such as adding environments) and who only needs access to work items.
Refer to this table to determine which permission sets to assign to your team members.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
- Select the requires Lifecycle Center permission set.
- Click Manage Assignments, and then click Add Assignments.
- Select the checkboxes next to the names of the users that you want assigned to this permission set, and click Assign.
- Click Done.
Repeat these steps to assign additional permission sets to users as needed. For example, a deployment manager needs both the Lifecycle Center User and Lifecycle Center Admin permission sets.
