Create new custom libraries to add values to use to mask text or email fields in a
masking policy.

| To create a custom library: |
- Data Mask And Seed User Permission Set License
- Data Mask And Seed User Permission Set

In the Custom Libraries page, select the New button.

In the New Custom Library dialog, enter the library name, optionally enter a library
description, and select a content type.

Click Save to create the new custom library. The new library is
created empty of values and is automatically activated for use. The UI opens the new custom
library page in Edit mode.
