From the management settings for the object that you want to edit, go to Page
Layouts.

Create a page layout in one of these ways.
- Click New from the Page Layouts list page.
- Clone an existing layout by clicking New from the Page layouts
list page, then selecting a layout from the Existing Page Layout menu that you want to base
the new layout on.
- Clone an existing layout by using Save As inside the enhanced page layout
editor.

Give the layout a name.

Click Save.
