Create a Backup Exclusion rule to exclude attachments or limit the number of attachments downloaded per daily scheduled backup.
If you create a Backup Exclusion rule to exclude the Attachment group of tables, you will not see the Attachments section in the Options tab.
In the Options menu, you can limit the number of attachments downloaded per daily scheduled backup.
A warning is displayed on your backups until all attachments are downloaded. We continue attempting to download the attachments until we have successfully downloaded the number of attachments equal to the limit, or until all attachments are downloaded. For example, if we are downloading 100 attachments and the last 5 fail with errors, we download the next 5 (100-105) until we have 100 successful attachments.
Attachments with no file name are skipped and don't show as errors in the UI.
