Exclude noncritical fields from Salesforce backups to streamline the process and improve efficiency. Manage data privacy and compliance requirements by excluding sensitive data.
You can select multiple fields to exclude from the backup.
- From the Backup tab, select the service you want to exclude fields from.
- Go to the Permissions Report.
- Select checkboxes for specific fields, or select all fields by selecting the checkbox in the header row.
- Click Exclude.
- In the confirmation window, click Save.
