Data sources are tables of structured reference data, such as supplier lists, customer catalogs, or parts databases. Admins import data sources into Agentforce Operations so users can look up and validate that data in workflows and tasks.

Adding Data Sources
Add data sources to your workspace by using a CSV file or a REST API connection. You can create, edit, and delete data sources from the Admin page. When configuring a data source, grant access to AI agents so they can reference that data during task execution. Learn more in Manage Data Sources in Agentforce Operations.
Using Data Sources in Workflows
After you add a data source to your workspace, you can add it as a field in your blueprints. When a workflow runs, users see the data source as a searchable table where they can select rows to validate information or share data with other tasks.
