This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires
an Agentforce Operations license.

When other people have the same draft
blueprint open, their profile icons show in the header area.
- Active editors show with a bright blue profile icon.
- People who have the blueprint open but aren't actively editing show with a faded-blue
profile icon.
- Hover over a profile icon to see user details.
How Real-Time Updates Work
When anyone makes a change, such as
creating or deleting a task, the change appears immediately for everyone who has the
blueprint open.
However, if two people are working on the same task, some changes can
be lost.
