Assign both an AI agent and a human to the same task in Agentforce Operations so the agent does the work and the human reviews it before submission.

When an AI agent is the only assignee on a task, it completes the task autonomously without human involvement. If you want a human to review the agent's work before it's submitted, assign both the AI agent and a human to the same task. The agent fills in the requested fields, then stops and waits. The human assignee receives a notification, reviews what the agent filled in, makes any corrections, and clicks Complete to submit.
Use this approach when:
- The task involves decisions that need human judgment before being finalized
- The output affects downstream partners or external systems and errors are costly
- You're testing a new AI agent configuration and want to validate the results before going fully autonomous
- Open the task you want to configure.
- In the Assigned to field, add the AI agent.

In the same Assigned to field, also add the human reviewer.
Both assignees show on the task. The order doesn't affect behavior. The agent always runs first.

Configure the task description, shared fields, and requested fields as you normally would
for an AI agent task.
