Upgrade the Archive Managed Package

When a new version of the Archive managed package is available, a notification appears in the Archive Dashboard.

Note This content relates to Archive. For Salesforce Archive, see Store Data Externally with Salesforce Archive.

Note Libraries in Salesforce must be enabled.

1. Click Upgrade.
2. Select an installation option: Admins Only, All Users, or Specific Profiles.

   This configuration determines who can manage and create archive policies. We recommend Install for Admins Only.

3. Click Upgrade.
4. Click Done.

   If the app takes too long to upgrade, you see this message:

   When the upgrade is complete, the Installed Packages page is displayed. The newly upgraded package is displayed in the Version Number column.
