Publish Heroku APIs into Salesforce. See Heroku Documentation: Heroku AppLink.
The Heroku publish brings the APIs into your API catalog and generates the External
Service registration, named credential, external credential, and permission set. The
publish activates all operations available with the Heroku API and doesn’t require user
selection.
