Archive lists to clean up the number of lists displayed in your Lists table. When a list
is archived, you can’t add prospects or use it for list emails. Automations continue to work as
expected.

Open the Lists page.

Next to the list you want to archive, click the gear icon, then select
Edit.

Click Basic Info.

Choose an archive date.

Save the list.
