Create profiles that fit your business needs and grading model.

| To create a profile: | Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing role |

Open the Profiles page.
- In Account Engagement, select Marketing | Segmentation | Profiles.
- In the Lightning app, select Prospects and then Segmentation | Profiles.
- Click +Add Profile.
- Enter an internal name for the profile.
- Enter a criterion name, and choose a grade adjustment.
- Add more criteria as needed.
- When finished, click Create Profile.
