When a visitor or prospect clicks a link to a file that’s hosted by Account Engagement,
the click is recorded in the File Statistics table. You can filter the table by tags and date
range.

To view a file’s report, select Reports (Account
Engagement Reports in the Lightning app), and then . Click the asset you want to view statistics for. Click the name of the file in the File Statistics table.
Image files aren’t tracked, so they aren’t included in reports.
