You can choose who to send different product and service notifications from the Product
and Service Notifications table in your business unit settings.

Click the gear icon, then select Settings.

Click Edit.

Scroll to the Product and Service Notifications section.

From each dropdown, select a user to notify.

When finished, save your changes.
