When you submit a program, campaign, or tactic for approval, it goes to an approver to review before it goes live. You can follow where each request stands from submission to decision, and act on the requests that others send you to approve.

An approval sends a piece of marketing work to a person for sign-off before it goes live. It's a separate check from a compliance review. You submit a marketing program, campaign, or tactic, and an approver signs off before the work moves ahead.
Who Approves Your Work
By default, your work goes to your manager for sign-off. If you don't have a manager, you get a notification when you submit, and the work can't route until your Salesforce admin sets your manager.
Your Salesforce admin can change how approvals route to fit your company's process, such as adding a legal team or more than one approver.
Track a Request You Submitted
After you submit, the work stays locked while the approval is pending. To pull back a pending request, use the Submit for Approval or Recall quick action again on the work's highlights panel. The Approvals tab on the record shows a read-only history of the request.
Approve Work Sent to You
When someone sends you work to approve, it appears in the My Approvals card on the home page of the Marketing Planning & Operations app. The card lists up to two of your pending requests, the oldest first, and shows a count of how many are waiting in total. Open an approval request from the card to review it and make a decision.
