Subagent: Hierarchy Definitions

The Hierarchy Definitions subagent looks up your planning hierarchy setup and the fields that you can set on a program or goal. Use it to select the right group, level, and field values before you create a work.

Per-Level Create Access

The subagent also reports which hierarchy group levels you can create work at. Permission to create a record and permission to create at a level are separate. You can have permission to create marketing programs. A level where you're not an allowed creator still blocks you. The agent creates records only at the levels that this subagent reports as available to you.
