Create a Signup Form with a Campaign

Create a campaign flow so customers can opt in to receive your marketing messages. 10. When you're ready, activate the flow and publish the form.
  11. Make the form accessible for your audience.
    • Copy the embed code for the form and add it to your external website.
    • To use the form on a marketing landing page, customize the landing page URL alias and then publish the landing page.
Example
Example At Ursa Major Solar, marketer Lance wants to add a form to their website so potential customers can submit their information and receive a free solar installation quote. To set up this automation, Lance creates a campaign named "Primary Lead Gen." In the Start section on the campaign record, they browse flow templates and select the Signup Form template. Lance moves through the guided setup to configure and brand the form. After the form is done, Lance creates an email that thanks the leads for submitting the form and explains how they receive their free quote. Then, in Flow Builder, Lance adds a Send Email element to the flow so the email sends automatically whenever someone submits the form. When everything looks right after reviewing the form and email, Lance activates the flow, copies the form's embed code, and adds it to the Ursa Major Solar website.

After you activate the flow and make the form available online, we recommend testing the form by submitting it with sample data.
