To let marketers use their Account Engagement marketing content for future marketing campaigns, enable copying assets to a CMS Marketing workspace in Salesforce. When you enable copying assets, a new content workspace is created.
Required Editions
| Available in: Account Engagement Growth, Plus, Advanced, and Premium Editions |
| User Permissions Needed | |
|---|---|
| To enable copying marketing content to a CMS workspace: | Account Engagement Administrator role |
| To copy marketing assets: | Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing role |
- In Marketing Setup, enter Copy to CMS in the Quick Find box and select Copy to CMS.
-
Next to the business unit that you want to grant access to, from the dropdown menu, select
Enable.
After you enable Copy to CMS, a new Marketing CMS workspace named “Content Workspace for Marketing Cloud Account Engagement - Copied Content - [business unit name]” is created. The B2BMA Integration user is added as a contributor to the workspace.
To avoid issues with copying content, don’t change the workspace name. If you remove the B2BMA Integration user as a contributor, you can’t copy marketing assets to the workspace.
- When to Use Copy to CMS with Account Engagement Marketing Assets
Prepare your Account Engagement marketing assets for use in the Salesforce content builder. Before you copy your Account Engagement forms and emails to CMS, review which elements are copied.
