Get the answers to frequently asked questions about the standard reports in Analytics Builder for Marketing Cloud Engagement.

• Who Can Access Reports?
  By default, every Marketing Cloud Engagement user can access the reports that relate to channels that the user has permission to work with. For example, if Email Studio is enabled but MobileConnect isn’t, the user can access only Email Studio reports. An admin can edit the permission model.
• Can I Schedule a Report?
  Yes. You can schedule any standard Analytics Builder report to run at specified dates and times. When scheduling end dates, don’t enter a date after the year 2077.
• Can I Create Custom Reports in Analytics Builder?
  To create a custom report in Analytics Builder, first enable the Discover reporting tool. Contact your account executive for more information.
• Can a Report Owner Give Read/Write Access to Others for Report they've created and saved?
  No. You can’t share permissions for a report created within Analytics Builder. However, a different user can access a report and perform a Save As to create a copy. Report ownership can’t be transferred from one user to another.
• Does Analytics Builder Include Reports for Every Channel?
  Yes. All the channel reports are accessible from the reports catalog.
• Do I Have to Set Permissions to Access Reports I have Email Studio?
  Yes, you must set permissions in Reports for each user.
• Which Languages Are Supported?
  Reports are available in all the languages that Marketing Cloud Engagement supports.
• Are There Changes to the External APIs?
  There are no changes to the external APIs.
• Which Email Editions Are Supported?
  All email editions have access to Analytics Builder reports.
• Can I Save a Report?
  Yes. You can save, retrieve, and rerun reports in Analytics Builder.
• Can I Search for a Specific Report?
  Yes. In Analytics Builder, open Reports and search by name or use filters to locate a report.
• Are Analytics Builder Reports Available for Every Email Edition?
  Yes. Standard reports are available for all Email Studio editions.
