Delete any data captured by Personalization from user interactions in channels.

| To delete user data: | A role with User/Account Profile > Delete permissions |
- Select the production dataset associated with the individual that you want to delete.
- On the main navigation, select User Segments | All Users.
- Alternatively, if you know that the user is a member of a specific segment, select User Segments | User Segments and find the segment.
- For filter by keyword, enter the individual’s user ID or email address until you locate the user record.
- Select the user, and click Delete User.
