You can group survey questions together into sections and add visibility rules to each section by creating a panel. For example, you can group similar questions together and title the panel so the respondent understands how they’re related.

From the main navigation, select Surveys.

Create or edit a survey.

From the Toolbox, drag a Panel to the survey canvas.

Drag questions to the panel on the canvas.

Enter a title for the panel.

Save your changes.
