Delete a HELP Keyword in MobileConnect

Delete an existing HELP keyword from Marketing Cloud Engagement.

1. In the app switcher, hover over your name and click Setup.
2. Search for MobileConnect.
3. Select the short or long code and click Edit.
4. Click .
5. Confirm the deletion.
