Encourage quick action by sending limited-time offers using a WhatsApp Template message. For example, announce a flash sale with a coupon code that expires at a specific date and time, encouraging customers to purchase right away.

Note Limited Time Offer is supported only in accounts with Unified
Messaging. For more information, contact your Account Executive.
Before you create a limited time offer message, complete these tasks.
- Register as a developer on the Meta Developer Registration page and set up a new app in the App Dashboard.
- To send rich media, Upload Media Via Graph API.
- Create WhatsApp message template for limited time offers using APIs and specify header, body, and footer for each card. For more information, see WhatsApp Business Account Message Templates.
- In Content Builder, select Create | Chat Messaging | WhatsApp Template Message
- To see your approved templates, click Browse.
- Click the template you want to use, and click Select.
- Select the language you want to use, and click Next.
- Enter the body text and replace the variable values.
- Enter when the offer expires, your preferred time zone, and a coupon code if applicable.
- Save your changes.
Your template message is ready to send in Journey Builder.
