Create an Audience from Contacts

To admit contacts in Journey Builder, create and schedule an audience.

Audiences are available in accounts provisioned for Journey Builder and Contact Builder.

  1. Create an audience in Contact Builder.
  2. Drag Audience onto the canvas.
  3. Click Audience.
  4. Select a filtered list.
