Confirm that you have Marketing Cloud Engagement and Google Analytics administrator roles.
Verify that your users have the correct permissions.
- Assign a role and permissions to an Engagement user.
- Grant the admin user permission for the Google Analytics account.
- Configure Google Analytics Integration user permissions in Engagement Setup.
