Set Up Intelligence Reports on Hyperforce

Create a connection between Data 360 and Marketing Cloud Engagement to use Intelligence reports on Data 360. Intelligence Reports provisioned for Marketing Cloud Engagement based on Salesforce Tableau Semantic Layer and the standard MCE data streams bundles. Intelligence Reports use Data 360 credits.

Note You can't use Hyperforce to access intelligence Reports on Marketing Cloud Engagement. Instead, log in to Data 360 and create an intelligence report in Data 360 Reports.

To set up Intelligence Reports on Hyperforce, complete these steps.

1. Set up a Marketing Cloud Connection in Data 360. See https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_set_up_marketing_cloud_connection.htm&type=5&language=en_US
2. Install the Email Studio and MobilePush data bundles for the new connection. See https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_starter_data_bundles.htm&type=5&language=en_US and https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_create_marketing_cloud_data_stream.htm&type=5&language=en_US
3. • Intelligence Reports on Data 360 supports only the Email Studio & MobilePush bundle.
   • If you don't use Mobile Push in Marketing Cloud Engagement, don't deploy the Mobile Push data streams.
   • If you add new business units to Marketing Cloud in the future, return to this step and add them so that they can be included in your Intelligence Reports.
   • Data provisioning can take up to 24 hours from the time the bundles are configured.
   • If you have a pre existing Email and/or Mobile Push bundle already deployed, either delete them and redeploy or use the following Connect-API to Self Service deploy the Intelligence Reports SDM:
     • New Connect API - McrLightWeightMigration - ad hoc deploys the SDM for a specific Org.
     • API: /cdp/lightweight-migration
     • METHOD: POST
     • Args:
       • deploySdmOnly : boolean - if true deploys the SDM objects only - does not effect any existing DLOs, DMOs, DMO mappings. - recommended value = true
       • bundle: String (EMAIL / MOBILE / ALL ) - ALL deploys both bundles if applicable.
