Track User Rating

Configure Collect Tracking Code to store contact ratings for items on your website.

Note
Note Match the value sent for "INSERT_ITEM" to the Product Code catalog field if you include a catalog file with your Personalization Builder implementation.
  1. Copy and customize the script by replacing "INSERT_ITEM" with dynamic code for the unique identifier of the item rated. Optionally, replace "INSERT_UNIQUE_ID" with the dynamic code to pull in the unique child identifier for the item rated.
  2. Paste the modified script in the header code on your detail pages.
