Map business units from Marketing Cloud Engagement Enterprise 2.0 accounts across clouds to enable them in Marketing Cloud Connect.
Before installation and configuration, confirm that the Marketing Cloud Engagement API user can access these items.
- Top-level default parent business unit
- All business units that are enabled for sends through Marketing Cloud Connect
- In Sales or Service Cloud, go to the Marketing Cloud tab.
- Click Configure Marketing Cloud Connector.
- Click Manage Business Units.
- Select business units to enable.
- Save the selections.
This page only supports 4,000 business units. If you have more than 4,000, create a business unit tab as a custom solution to accommodate more. You can use a single integration user for a maximum of five business units.
