Enabling Contact Events in Marketing Cloud Engagement requires admin permissions. It’s scheduled for feature retirement, and we recommend that you filter or query activities in Automation Studio.
- In Contact Builder, click Contacts Configuration.
- In the Contact Events section, click Enabled.
